I have attended the ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practitioner Release and Control
courses run by DDLS. Both of these courses were packaged and presented in a very professional way,
with all of the course ware and information presented in a timely and relevant way -
giving trainees examples of how ITIL can be implemented in all facets of IT Service delivery.
I can confidently say that I have a practical and working knowledge of ITIL concepts and am
proud to have been accredited with my ITIL qualification.. I am utilising the skills and
knowledge I have obtained from doing this ITIL training to increase the effectiveness and professionalism of the IT Team.
I recommend the ITIL courses conducted by DDLS. The training staff are
knowledgeable and interesting to learn from.

Since I started working for FuturePlus in June 2006 I've been sent on the following courses hosted at DDLS;
ITIL Fundamentals Foundation Certificate
2011A Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
2780B Maintaining a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Database
Firstly, with regards to the booking process, my manager usually deals with this side of things, however, I've always found Jeff, my account manager at DDLS, to be extremely helpful and he always keeps me up-to-date with the booking progress, course details, etc... I can't recall a time where I've had to chase Jeff for any details he's omitted and the few times I have sought to clarify a point he's always answered my query to my complete satisfaction and very promptly to boot!
The location is ideal for me as it's pretty much just around the corner from where I work. I can't imagine a more conveniently located training centre. The facilities there are excellent too and the catering staff should be praised as the food has always been really good and the fact that the catering is also done in-house is also a big plus for me. In the past I've attended courses at other centres where they take you to an external location for lunch. This doesn't allow much time for me to do anything else with the lunch break and you're tied to everyone else's pace. Other facilities at DDLS are also very good and I cannot think of a single negative issue that I can raise.
The courses themselves have all been very good and generally very useful for me in my career. No course is ever going to totally reflect the needs within your own organisation but I did find that they gave enough relevant information for me to then go away and do further research where appropriate. The instructors have always been knowledgeable of the subject material and always very helpful. With regards to the ITIL course in particular, I found the instructor particularly good in his summary session on the morning before the exam. I believe that because of the way he focussed on key points he ensured that I came away with a 37/40 pass mark!
In summary, I would never hesitate to recommend DDLS or Jeff to anyone looking to attend a training course. I have always been extremely satisfied throughout the duration of each course, and am further impressed by the number and diversity of courses available.

Darren was informative and engaging. The course delivery was pretty quick, but I coped OK.
I have already implemented some changes in our Service Desk Management and we are planning more in the weeks to come.
We would love to send more IT staff from my organisation on this training course – maybe next year!

I am currently performing a role that sees me dealing with a variety of senior project managers on a daily basis. Attending this Project Management training course has given me a better insight into how to interface more effectively with them so that the overall objective can be achieved. I intend pursuing a permanent career as a Project Manager. This course has taught me the core competencies and attributes of a successful Project Manager. It has also shown me the certification pathway for how to formally achieve PMI certification. I am particularly happy with the course trainer, course content and venue amenities.
I had the pleasure of being taught by Peter for the five days I recently spent at DDLS. Peter brought a wealth of real world experience into the classroom. He inspired the others in the group to work well together and this created a very positive learning environment. Peter’s experiences as a project manager significantly increased the amount of knowledge I have taken away from the course. He provided many examples of his specific experiences performing the role of a project manager which help everyone in the room relate better to the course content. I have no hesitation recommending Peter Bail to anyone that wishes to undertake a Project Management course.

Project Management for Practitioners - Essential Skills Program was well structured and tailored for ease of understanding. The information, materials and the study area were all top notch. The course was good value for money and really left me with a good understanding of the processes and practical application of Project Management.
The instructor that led this course was one of, if not the best, course facilitator i have ever worked with. The depth and breadth of his knowledge and experience meant he was able to respond with several examples to every question we asked of him. His ease with the course goers and his personable style made it an enjoyable session. The classroom was used well with good interactive project building pages on the wall that allowed us to see a project organically grow as we worked through the stages.

By July 09, the first of 50+ employees started their ITIL Foundation v3 training with DDLS. On December 2009 a 92% first time pass rate was confirmed. This has resulted in the support teams speaking the same language and understanding Service Management goals. We've gone from chaos into fire fighting mode.
With a growing need and awareness for a Service Management framework in our matrix type working environment, we are planning to raise our maturity levels significantly this year. Having open lines of communication with our Account Manager has made the ongoing organising of this training possible. The high success rate reflects the high standard of trainers DDLS have onboard. DDLS are professional, and responsive to clients requirements and my Account Manager has been excellent to deal with. We choose to train with DDLS based on research and prior experience with them and also their willingness to contextualise our requirements, and understand our business. This research undertaken by DDLS is critical to why we choose them. Feedback from participants has also been very positive. Our employees have reflected on the professionalism of the trainers and the comprehensive courses and course notes provided. The Business Analysis courses have been excellent, and based on this we have booked further employees.
DDLS’ training has resulted in better collaborations with our IT Division. Our people now have the required technical capabilities and possibly reduced project costs. The course was great and the instructor, Haydn made it look so easy as he kept everyone engaged and involved throughout the entire 5 days. I was so impressed I told my manager about it half way through the course and have recommended that any new BA's in our team attend the same course. I also have friends from other organisations interested in this course as well.
There are many new skills that I have learned and have been able to put into practice immediately, including better documentation, understanding social styles and using different techniques to inspire others working on my projects.

The trainer was excellent in making sure that everyone understood what the requirements were for each process. Also being able to answer any questions asked. Her delivery style was very good.
The course was delivered to a very high standard. The opportunity to be able to stay for an extra course (Making Projects Work) which I wasn't originally enrolled on and pay the reduced amount for doing the two courses back to back was great.
I felt that I walked away with a very good understanding of the processes involved in Project Management to be comfortable to implement them at work successfully (I also was provided with very good resource material). I thought the course was well presented and provided exactly what was outlined in the description to a high level. The trainer had a vast knowledge base from which she could provide a large range of detailed examples.
The facilities were good with friendly customer service.
