Where in the World is DDL!?

Terms & Conditions:
  1. Photos must be original and contain the DDLS Backpack.
  2. Photos must clearly show the DDLS backpack and logo to be eligible to win.
  3. Photos must not be digitally altered (photoshopped).
  4. Photos must be received by COB on the last working day of the month to be eligible for that month's prize.
  5. Competition runs from 1st March 2010 to the 31st January 2011.
  6. By sending in a photo for the competition you are certifying that you are the owner &/or have the rights to submit the photo for entry.
  7. Owner agrees to their name & photo being used by DDLS for marketing purposes including published on the DDLS Website.
  8. The winner will be chosen each month (& final major prize) by the DDLS Marketing team.
  9. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Canon 1000D SLR & lens kit may be substituted by DDLS for an equivalent model if it becomes superseded or is no longer available.
  11. Prizes are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
  12. Winners will be published on Twitter, the DDLS website and via email within 10 days of being chosen.
  13. DDLS reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary or circumstances arise outside of its control.
  14. Competition is not open to Dimension Data group (worldwide) staff.
  15. Entrants submitting photos will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.


Facebook Terms & Conditions:
  1. Facebook terms & conditions are in addition to the terms above.
  2. Voting on the DDLS Facebook page closes on Friday April 15th 2011 Midnight Australia EST.
  3. Photos will still be available for viewing online but no votes (Likes) submitted after the date above will count towards the competition tally.
  4. The finalists will be the top 3 entries that receive the most votes submitted on the DDLS Facebook website.
  5. The winner will be selected by the DDLS Marketing team from the 3 finalists.
  6. The winner will be announced in the May edition of the U-Learn Newsletter (26th April 2011 *** has been moved to the Thurs 28/4 due to Easter break).
