The course is interactive and practical, taking participants through the whole BA process from addressing a business problem to the presentation of the Business Case. It will provide participants with the skills needed to investigate the issue and develop a detailed solution utilising comprehensive analysis techniques, business requirement development, and negotiation of agreement among different personality types and different stakeholder interests, to the development, drafting and presentation of a persuasive Business Case.

The course culminates with a presentation by course participants, providing a valuable opportunity to demonstrate and evaluate the skills learnt.

BA courses will commence in May 2006, first in Sydney then Melbourne.
