Cisco IPTX course goes to version 4.0

Cisco has updated the IPTX IP Telephony Express course from version 2.0 to 4.0. The course has gone through a large upgrade bringing it into line with Cisco’s most current software and technologies.

The IPTX course describes Cisco CallManager Express and Cisco Unity Express architecture, components, functionality and features; it also describes some VoIP and Quality of Service technologies and applies them to the Cisco CallManager Express and Cisco Unity Express environment.

The new version of the IPTX course is scheduled to run in Melbourne on the 18th June 2007.
