New courses added to the Business Skills offeringJuly 2006 Print Recent changes have been made to DDLS’ Business Skills public course offering. New courses have been added to the schedule, while some dated courses are being phased out. These changes have been made to better meet the requirements of clients. Guy Newman, DDLS’ senior Business Skills consultant and facilitator of the IT Business Skills Training Program, has been a leading advocate of the recent changes. NEW COURSES ADDED TO THE DDLS SCHEDULE COURSES BEING PHASED OUT OF THE SCHEDULE “I thought I knew everything I needed to know about Communication. That was an assumption and I should assume nothing. The Course taught me to mind my perceptions and most importantly how to move a person from an emotional state to a logical state.” “I found your course very intuitive and light hearted.
