New courses added to the Business Skills offering

Recent changes have been made to DDLS’ Business Skills public course offering. New courses have been added to the schedule, while some dated courses are being phased out.

These changes have been made to better meet the requirements of clients. Guy Newman, DDLS’ senior Business Skills consultant and facilitator of the IT Business Skills Training Program, has been a leading advocate of the recent changes.

2 Day - Customers and Communication for IT Professionals
3 Day - Leadership for IT Professionals

COURSES BEING PHASED OUT OF THE SCHEDULE
1 Day - Communication Skills for IT Professionals
1 Day - Customer Service for IT Professionals
1 Day - Leadership Skills
