Satisfied students complete the ITIL Masters training

The ITIL Masters course at DDLS has had a first run triumph with 8 people attending the inaugural course in Sydney. An ITIL Masters course is also running in Melbourne and is due to finish this month. An ITIL Masters course has been scheduled for Canberra, and begins on the 27th July 2006.

ITIL Masters Training

The ITIL Masters is the premium management level ITIL course designed to provide the skills to allow individuals to attain the Manager’s Certificate in IT Infrastructure Management. The course is intended for Managers that want to effectively implement ITIL in their organisation.

The 12 day course comprises 10 days of intensive coursework covering two major streams - Service Support and Service Delivery, followed by 1 day of review and 1 day of exams. There are two essay style exams of three hours duration.
What is covered in the IT Service Manager’s course?

  2. Implementing ITIL in the corporate world

  5. A minimum of 160 hours of self study
