This course is designed for those holding existing ITIL® Foundation certificates to learn about ITIL® v3 in an engaging and highly effective learning environment. A bridging examination will be held at the end of the course for those participants wishing to update their Foundation Certificate to the latest version.

• Introduction to the new ITIL® Service Lifecycle including the objectives, processes and structure for each of the five core ITIL® books
• The interaction between the processes and their stage in the lifecycle and also other IT management models
• An awareness of new key ITIL® concepts and definitions

Target Audience:• The primary audiences for this course are: All levels of personnel within an IT Service Delivery Organisation who have previously completed the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Prerequisites:• The requirement for this course is an existing ITIL® Foundation Certification. Please note this course is an accelerated version of the full 3-day course and assumes the candidate has fully revised the V2 course content.
