| Overview: | This fast paced one day workshop is designed for Project Managers and PMO staff who need to be able to operate efficiently and effectively in the Microsoft EPM Environment through the use of MS Project, and Project Server (via Project Web Access). This workshop is also ideal for those interested in evaluating the EPM Products prior to internal deployment.The workshop takes trainees through the typical project lifecycle, from the creation of a Proposal and high level Resource Plan, through to the use of a detailed Project Schedule and Resource plan. The workshop also demonstrates how to use MS Project’s new cost management tools to accurately estimate and track project financial performance. Trainees will also learn how to use Project Server to communicate project task assignments and capture actual effort.
