| Overview: | This fast paced one day workshop is designed for Programme and Portfolio Managers, Executives and PMO staff who would like to use MS Portfolio Server and MS Project server to create, optimize, select, manage and report on project portfolios. This workshop is also ideal for those interested in evaluating the EPM Products prior to internal deployment. The workshop takes trainees through the creation of a business case in Portfolio Server, the workflow approval process, the optimization of a portfolio of projects against defined business drivers and strategic objectives, the subsequent portfolio selection and the management of the portfolio through its execution.
