Overview:

Included in this course is the PRINCE2® 2009 Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 (Blue Book) and the PRINCE2® Foundation Exam. This PRINCE2 manual is the only reference material allowed to assist in passing the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.


PRINCE2® is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects, across industries, both locally and internationally. The continued international development of PRINCE2® examinations, training and course material is contributing significantly to the recognition of PRINCE2®, as a truly relevant and international project management standard.


Some consolidation work will be required by candidates in the evenings, 3 hours should be allowed for this on day one and day two.

By attending our 3-Day PRINCE2® Foundation Course, delegates will understand:

Prerequisites:Participants should:

PRINCE2® Certification and Examination

By completing the Foundation Workshop (3 days), the participant will have sufficient knowledge to sit the APM Group PRINCE2® Foundation Examination. The Foundation examination is:

  • One hour duration

  • 75 multiple choice questions

  • 38 correct answers are required to pass

  • Closed book
