| Overview: | Included in this course is the PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam.
Following on from the 3-Day PRINCE2® Foundation Course Program and multiple choice exam, the key 2-Day PRINCE2® Practitioner course is run. Some consolidation work will be required by candidates in the evenings, 3 hours should be allowed on each day.
As part of your course you will receive the PRINCE2® Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®, sometimes referred to as the "RED Book." This is the only reference material allowed to assist candidates in passing the exam.
PRINCE2® Practitioner is uniquely designed to provide the in-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to practice and apply the PRINCE2® framework. Delegates are required to exhibit the competence required from the Foundation qualification and show how they can apply PRINCE2® to address the needs of the project, the sponsoring organisation and needs of the various stakeholders to a set of specific project scenarios. Once again, the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam is run towards the end of day 2.

About the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Exams:
The respective PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams are run in accordance with the strict requirements of the international examination body, APMG. The two courses prepare candidates to become recognised as PRINCE2® Practitioners.
The PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate is a mandatory pre-requisite to undertake the PRINCE2® Practitioner’s exam and is always moderated on day three (3) of the PRINCE2® Foundation course delivery.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam consists of the following
- Three (3) hour duration exam
- Nine scenario based questions with supporting appendices
- Each of the nine questions are worth a total of forty (40) marks each
- A pass mark of 50% is required
- The exam is open-book, however only the main PRINCE2® Manual is allowed

| Prerequisites: | Participants should: - Completed the Foundation Workshop and passed the APM Group PRINCE2® Foundation Examination.
- Be Project Managers or Team Leaders or have had involvement in a project environment.
- Ideally have completed a project management fundamentals course
- Have approximately 12 months project involvement/experience
