Overview:

This course is specifically designed for those who have an existing ITILŽ V1 or V2 Managers Certificate and requires upgrading their existing qualification to ITILŽ V3. The Course covers the five core subject areas in ITILŽ V3. An 80% pass mark in the associated 90 minute, multiple choice exam (20 questions) for this course will achieve the ITILŽ Manager V3 status which is known as ITILŽ Expert.

Skills Gained:

Given that the target audience for this course will have proven ITILŽ Management capability, the five days are dedicated to covering the content of the five core publications. Differences from ITILŽ V2 will be highlighted and the new Concepts, Processes and Functions introduced in the ITILŽ refresh program will be discussed in detail, together with how this can be applied within an organization.

No candidate can attend the course without producing evidence of their ITILŽ V1 or V2 Manager Certificate qualification. Extensive pre-reading is recommended for this course. It is suggested each candidate have access to have the full suite of the Five ITILŽ V3 Core Publications for the duration of the course.
