Meet Michael Crump
National Marketing Manager

Michael is an accomplished and result-orientated Senior Marketing Executive with extensive experience in the Education and Training sectors. Michael is tasked with developing the DDLS brand, developing and implementing the Strategic Marketing Plan and is the driving force behind the student journey. Michael is passionate about using technology to its fullest potential to drive business efficiencies, growth and to improve the customer experience.

Prior to joining DDLS, Michael was the General Manager, Marketing and Business Development at Upskilled, one of Australia’s leading VET Providers. During his 8 years tenure at Upskilled, Michael was responsible for developing an industry leading Marketing and Sales engine and was an integral member of their senior leadership, assisting them in becoming one of the largest RTO’s in Australia. Prior to this Michael led the Domestic Marketing efforts at Study Group (career education division) with stewardship of the Martin College, ACPE and AIAS brands.  Michael also held Senior Marketing positions at The University of Sydney.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wollongong, and a Master of Business (Marketing) from the University of Sydney.
