It provides a hands-on interactive learning experience in which participants apply elements of TOGAF to a realistic digital workplace transformation challenge. Participants explore how they can best leverage TOGAF in today’s fast-moving complex business environments that demand agility and quick results.

Delivery method:

  • A realistic case-study is used to demonstrate and explore key concepts

  • Key concepts in each Phase of TOGAF are summarised

  • Practical workshops in collaborative groups apply these concepts to the case study using provided templates

  • The trainer as coach reviews workshop outcomes
