What is Citrix best known for?

Is Citrix easy to learn?

What are the Citrix Certifications available? There are various certification tracks that include Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA), and Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) among others.

Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA): This certification embodies product proficiency to the Citrix platform and other methods of specialised certifications. It validates your knowledge and experience for resellers, business enterprise partners individual consultants and administrators.

Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA): This certification focuses on the ability to examine, design, make and try various Citrix systems and technologies. It ensures that you can incur fewer expenses and hasten implementation with higher achievement rates.

Questions about Citrix courseware

We've compiled the frequently asked questions by students about Citrix courseware including turnaround times and eLearning content.

When will you receive your Citrix courseware?

Citrix provides students with electronic courseware for all authorised Citrix training courses. Students who have a confirmed booking will be sent an email prior to the course start date, with a link to create an account via training.citrix.com before they attend the first day. This will ensure you have access to all Citrix authorised training content on day one of their booked Citrix course.

What eLearning content is available to you?

It depends on your training entitlement. You can see what entitlement you have by going to your Profile on the Citrix training portal or seen at the top of every eLearning course page. Hover over your training entitlement for a quick description of what training features and content are available to you.

With exception to our All-Access Learning Subscription, training entitlements are embedded within your Customer Success Services entitlement – Select, Core, Advanced, Priority, and Priority+.

If your entitlement shows as “Free Only” it indicates that you are not associated to a Citrix organisation account with an active Customer Success Service entitlement.

If you believe this is in error, inquire with your organisation’s account administrator to add you as a contact and your personal MyCitrix account will be automatically created. By being a contact on your organisation’s account, you will automatically receive any training entitlements embedded within your organisation’s service.
