Why study this course

Are there people in your team who act out like children or boss others around and micro-manage? Do you find it a challenge to communicate with these sorts of people and would you like your workplace to behave in a more adult manner? This session focuses on just that. We help people to uncover their communication blind spots, identify their natural styles and implement strategies to regulate their emotions. This, in turn, creates a more harmonious and productive workplace.

This course is often delivered in two half-days instead of one full day.
