Why study this course

This course shows all relevant customising settings (IMG) for maintenance processing with a special focus on defining new notification types and new order types. A separate unit shows the process and parameters for order costing and order settlement.

Customising settings for technical objects are dealt with in the course Managing Technical Objects (PLM305); customising settings for task lists and maintenance plans are covered in the course Preventive Maintenance and Service (PLM310).
