All Citrix courses
Citrix now uses e-kits (electronic courseware) and in preparation for your course a Citrix “My Learning” account will need to be set up.
Please go to training.citrix.com, click on the “Login” icon at the top right of the screen. On the next screen, click “Need an Account”, then “Create Customer Account” to create your account.
Please ensure you complete this no later than three working days prior to your course start date as failure to do so may result in unnecessary delays with your courseware and labs.
If you have an existing account with Citrix, please ensure that you are familiar with the login details and that you can access it from anywhere by testing the login details before you come to class. By testing your login details beforehand, you ensure a smooth start and easy access to your courseware on the first day of the course.
