ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC)
Prior to the course – Review all of your ITIL Foundation and Intermediate course manuals to ensure you are confident in everything you have learnt so far.
Please note: the MALC exam is delivered at a higher Blooms level than the intermediate exams, and therefore is more complex.

Prior to class – Ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the above Case Study. Please make notes about your thoughts on the following topics, and how they apply to the case study:
- Key concepts of the service lifecycle
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Integrating service management processes across the service lifecycle
- Managing services across the service lifecycle
- Governance and organisation
- Measurement
- Implementing and improving service management capability.
You should allow for personal study time of approximately 28 hours:
- 16 hours for pre-course preparation (as above)
- 12 hours during the course (as below)
