DDLS delivered the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management course well. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout and I enjoyed the experience on the whole.
The instructor combined the material of the course with his own industry experience and this combination made the concepts presented easier to grasp.
